Excel & reporting support for Charities and Not-for-Profit [NFPs]

I help organisations create reporting solutions that reduce risk, save time, and inspire confidence. All created without adding additional systems or tools.

Based in West Midlands | Working with UK organisations.

Many charities rely on Excel to bridge the gap between the system and various reporting obligations and day to day activities. These can include funder and impact reporting, trustee updates, and month-end reporting and forecasting.

Overtime, spreadsheets can become fragile, overly complex, and reliant on one person. I support charities and NFPs to make Excel reporting clear, reliable, and manageable.

About Me

I decided to merge my passion for simple, clean reporting in Excel with that of supporting organisations with the important mission of helping the most vulnerable in our society. I strongly believe that these organisations should spend as much of their time as possible looking for ways to fulfil and/or expand their missions, instead of worrying about reporting risk.

My approach is:

  • Practical – rooted in the reality of challenges and rewards of the sector;
  • Calm and structured – able to focus on what matters and avoid distractions;
  • Focused on reducing risk and saving time.

With almost 15 years’ experience of working closely with finance and operational teams, I aim to leave organisations with Excel systems they understand and feel confident maintaining.
